What's up in Park City
Summer 2007 [September]
Summer is here in full measure. The weather is hot and generally just beautiful.
The tomatoes are plentiful, if still green. Here we have fried green tomatoes then frozen green tomatoes. I don't think there is enough sun to ripen them. [The damn deer are eating them!]
We spend the days working around the grounds and have help working on the garden. This is NOT a garden, it is massive and I will never get control of it. [We now have some help - Heraldo - who has completely renovated the uper oak cluster by removing all the under-brush and trimming dea wood. Bless him.]
We were away from home during a large part of July and August. We are happy to be spending more time at home.
